The Fire Dynamics successfully designed and executed a Novec 1230-based gas suppression system to protect the PARAM Supercomputer facility at IITM, Pune. The Fire Dynamics expertly designed and executed Water Mist Fire Suppression Systems tailored to two critical industrial environments. At Tenneco Automotive’s Exhaust Testing Facility, our system addresses extreme heat conditions with rapid cooling and efficient fire suppression, protecting both personnel and equipment. Meanwhile, at Mercedes Benz India’s Paint Shop, the water mist system provides precise, automatic protection for sensitive painting robots, ensuring fire safety without disrupting operations.
Both systems are enhanced with advanced Heat and Flame Detection technology, seamlessly integrated with the water mist suppression to enable swift, accurate fire response. Our end-to-end delivery—from design and engineering to installation and commissioning—demonstrates our capability to provide innovative, reliable fire protection solutions for specialized high-risk applications.
The Fire Dynamics successfully installed an advanced smoke detection system at the Mercedes-Benz plant in Pune, featuring 11 networked control panels and nearly 3,000 smoke detectors. This complex system is managed through a sophisticated graphical user interface (GUI), designed to provide real-time monitoring and seamless control across the vast facility.

The Fire Dynamics successfully designed and installed an NFPA-compliant fire hydrant and sprinkler system across 9 sheds of the SFS Group India industrial complex, including two heat treatment shops. This retrofit project was uniquely challenging as all execution was carried out without interrupting ongoing production.
Our team performed all required hydraulic calculations in-house, ensuring optimal system performance and compliance. To expedite installation and maintain safety, we used grooved couplings, eliminating the need for hot work inside the sheds and allowing rapid, secure assembly. The system features fire pumps rated at 2000 USGPM and a 650,000-liter fire water tank, providing robust fire protection without disrupting facility operations.
